Headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, FL, Dappz.com manages several warehouses throughout the US, in Southern California, Chicago, Houston, Boston & Atlanta. We ship your order from whichever warehouse is closest to you, that has your item in stock. (Atlanta warehouse has limited inventory)

 
 

Business Services:

We offer Business Services discounts and account upgrades for repeat customers, business customers and wholesale customers including product and shipping discounts. We also offer drop shippers a special interface that allows shipping to multiple addresses within one order/payment. We allow Government/Schools to create Purchase Orders online through our website. Warranty:

We offer a 30 day warranty for replacements or returns. Replacements are shipped via Ground Only, free of charge. Refunds will not be credited until items have been received and tested, and non-defective returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25%. These aren't "consumer goods", they are replacement parts from the manufacturer, which the manufacturer never likes taking back. Sorry, we do not have a "try and buy" policy when it comes to returns. Shipping costs for returns are not refunded/reimbursed either, or else we'd have to raise our low prices. There is no Walmart where "replacement parts" are sold.

Shipping:

We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, on rare occasions we run low on items and those orders take an extra day or two to ship. Shipping is by no means guaranteed. We strive to process orders and customer requests as quickly as we can.
